Testimonial
I have found the team at the Well Life Centre to be professional, kind, and highly skilled. I had surgery on my breast and armpit three years ago, leaving me with scarring that limited my range of motion and pulled uncomfortably when I reached up. Through my breast cancer support group I was connected to Nancy and Lidia at Well Life, and became aware of lymphatic drainage massage and scar release treatments.
After just a few sessions (which are not painful nor invasive), I was transformed. I now go back every few weeks and I feel improvement in terms of the ease of movement, the decrease in scar tissue, and the retention of fluid. Plus I just feel better overall. The difference is immediate and noticeable and I am grateful to have this supportive practise as a part of my care. — Penny H.
